Online Coaching with me

You can use our coaching session for subjects such as self care, inner peace, inner calmness, dealing with stress or emotionally challenging situations at work or in your private life. I help you deep dive into your challenges, define your wishes and find constructive solutions.

My individual coaching sessions address people, that – through my energetic guidance – want to start their journey to inner reconciling and inner peace and aim to build relationships, exchange and communities around them, that are more peaceful, tolerant and mindful.

I consult following the principles of Kan Yu, a teaching of deep consciousness, that looks into the energetic connections behind processes and use Soulful Meditation in my coaching as an approach to help my coachees gain a deeper understanding of the connections and handling of their challenges, and after all make it possible to find factible personal solutions to their challenges.

We meet through Zoom. Before our coaching session, you will be sent an email with all the needed information and links.

After your booking, you will get access to my calendar and can choose a convenient date for our coaching session directly in my calendar.

If we don`t know each other yet, I would like to get to know you in a short call, so we can decide if I am the right coach for you. Pick a calldate for our short intro sessions.

My coaching are diversity oriented and critical to racism and I aim to build a mindful and solution oriented exchange with my coachees.
